About the Role
Without the expertise and dedication of our IT Delivery Managers, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your existing skillset and become grounded in our culture's management practices. This Manager will advance portfolio and roadmap reporting to executives who advise and guide digital product delivery advancement at BOKF.
What You Can Expect
You will lead the organization within the five pillars of IT:
1) Strategy, 2) Project Execution, 3) Financial Planning, 4) Process Improvement and Governance, and 5) Talent. Your goals and objectives will tie back directly to these pillars. You will be part of an exciting and ongoing digital transformation within BOK Financial with a long-term focus. You will lead a small team of direct reports, providing leadership and direction to Scrum Masters and project managers. You will partner with product managers, product owners, user experience / digital design teams, software development teams, and other IT partners.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will oversee the ongoing execution and governance of multi-year agile digital roadmap projects to create value for customers and business lines.
- You will facilitate the reporting and governance of digital products portfolio for executive and stakeholder audiences using roadmap scorecards, metrics, and measures to demonstrate progress and promote alignment.
- You will seek to understand business and customer needs and alignment to roadmaps, lead and coordinate Digital Solutions partners' efforts to resolve complex issues and pursue opportunities to advance business and technical outcomes.
- You will partner with the Project Management Organization to promote agile practices for multi-year agile digital roadmaps teams.
- You will recruit, motivate, develop, and retain the very best technical talent.
- You will lead annual budget planning efforts for multi-year agile roadmap projects with business lines and IT partners.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience and at least 3 years of management experience overseeing one or more teams of technical professionals or equivalent combination of education and experience.
