Duties include but not limited to:
Plans, develops, maintains and review service data collection methodologies, records and techniques Prepares corrective action plans and makes appropriate recommendations for improvements. Searches, collects, retrieves compiles and display reporting statistical data. Assist Patient Care staff in establishing reporting objectives, timely review, and completion compliance. Establish clinic schedules and team assignments. Monitors action required items, electronic wait list, recall reminders. Schedules, space, participant, time for conferences and meetings. Preparation of agenda and any handout materials required, records and transcribes minutes and maintain file for future reference. Work Schedule:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-07 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. Experience:
Do you possess one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position? To be creditable, this experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-05 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes:
receiving visitors and telephone calls to the office; scheduling appointments; coordinating meetings and conferences; preparing correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication; preparing travel arrangements; and maintaining files. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR
Experience:
Have you successfully completed 4 years of education above the high school level? This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. One year of full-time undergraduate study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial or technical school. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED) COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Do you possess equivalent combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience to meet total qualification requirements at the GS-5 level? Only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours (i.e., beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement. Physical Requirements:
The work is typically sedentary in nature. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, and carrying of light items such as papers and books. The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, or libraries. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
