Our client is heavily involved in the Screw Machine and CNC Industries (turning with live tooling/multi-axis spindles and horizontal mills), precision centerless grinding, broaching, honing, threading application and value added assembly work. They currently have an opening in engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5 years minimum of manufacturing experience combined with 3 years minimum of engineering related work. Engineering offers departmental support for technical and supplies for the manufacturing operation. Experience in any of the following areas would be important:

Experience with Solidworks/Autocad
Extensive knowledge in the field of machining practices in the screw machine and CNC trade
Knowledge of part layout and efficient processing for manufacturability sensitive to volumes
Knowledge of part estimating/quotations and processes/cost associated to attain range quotes with understanding of profit margin
Knowledge/understanding of APQP, Control Plans and FMEA's.
Knowledge/understanding/Participation in Certifications TS,QS and ISO
Knowledge of CNC Code programming, tooling and fixturing
Knowledge of Wire EDM processing a plus
Design of jigs, fixtures and specialized/customized tooling
ERP experience a plus (EstiTrak is the shop manager system)
Computer literacy a must: Proficient with Outlook and Excel as required
Organizational skills a must
Establishing priorities and while multitasking
Work well in a team environment
Practice excellent communication skills

This is a full time position. Pay is based upon experience. Benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
