Position Summary
Performs confidential secretarial and clerical duties for multiple departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Performs confidential secretarial functions including typing, copying, scanning, faxing of correspondence, memos, letters, reports, forms, and other documents
o Responds to routine external correspondence
o Plans and coordinates multiple presentations, disseminating information and organizing departmental events
o Create and maintains database and spreadsheet files
o Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings
o Prepare and maintain department files, records and reports
o Accepts and processes incoming mail
o Answers telephone calls and responds effectively to internal and external customer inquiries and concerns
o Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, associate and proprietary matters
o Orders and maintains adequate inventory of office equipment and supplies
o Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
o Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Training and Experience
o High School diploma or equivalent
o Business school certification as a Professional Administrative Assistant/Secretary preferred
o Two years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary; or equivalent combination of training and experience
o Advanced skills in Microsoft programs i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
