Position Summary
The Operations Analyst is responsible for preparing and providing management with accurate EGM and Operational statistical summary reports for EGM's and Operations in Oklahoma and Texas. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with sales staff and other departments
Conduct statistical analysis on accumulated game performance data
Prepare and provide sales and executive management with accurate EGM statistical summary reports
Analyze and offer recommendations to sales staff on denomination mix, model types, and game types to insure maximum revenue
Maintain relationships with other departments necessary in achieving company goals.
Follow State and Tribal Gaming Regulations and company policies and procedures

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, or Business with minimum one year job related experience or graduate of a Technical Training School with minimum of two years job related experience; or High School equivalent education with minimum of five years job related experience.
Minimum one year work experience (with casinos or gaming manufacturers preferred) in one or more of the following areas:
Slot analysis
Slot management
General casino operations
Casino accounting or auditing
Must be able to travel primarily within Oklahoma with occasional travel outside of Oklahoma
Must be eligible to obtain gaming licenses, if required, to work with various casino locations and tribes
Must have satisfactory motor vehicle report
