Mission:
Develop, implement and drive marketing strategies in alignment with overall business plan, focusing on lead-generating activities and brand management while building the companys professional image in UCT and LAM countries.
Responsibilities:
Defines key marketing targets and goals for the segments and drives development of annual Marketing Plan including customer campaigns,
Balances short-term revenue goals against long-term objectives, e.g. campaign budget, target audience, messaging, marketing mix and approach,
Orchestrates marketing activities to increase brand awareness and TDW identity,
Compiles information based on needs of Sales Managers and general marketing needs of the WH countries and presents results to financial department for approval and reverts to Sales Managers for adjustments if necessary,
Creates monthly WH marketing report and administers WH marketing budget,
Administrates, develops and implements WH marketing plan in alignment with corporate marketing guidelines;
Selects, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives, while complying with local employment guidelines,
Sets personal objectives, provides fair and constructive feedback, assesses accurately employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization, and ensures training and development needs are addressed,
Develops a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance,
Leads the continuous improvement process in the team;
Ensures external communications are in accordance with company policies and corporate guidelines,
Develops and contributes to UCT and LAM promotional collateral, literature and animations,
Determines and coordinates participation in events and creates leads follow-up plan along with Global Exhibit Manager and regional Sales Managers in alignment with annual marketing objectives,
Creates and analyzes customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis,
Selects suppliers and agencies for external services, e.g. translations, adverts, articles, giveaways, etc. according to quality/price and TDW compliance,
Liaises with the Engineering department to promote new products and create/update technical documents,
Liaises with the sales team to support them in terms of documents, manuals, brochures and videos to complete their offers and orders.
Reports to the Director, Marketing Communications, and leads the marketing team of UCT and LAM,
Liaises with departments such as Commercial, Engineering and with Sales Managers to exchange information,
Coordinates strategy and activities with Marketing Communications Group in Tulsa.
Manages high quality customer relationship, and increases customer satisfaction/experience through activities such as customer events, PR and general customer care,
Drives customer satisfaction in the segment, through web, eblast/newsletters, events and other activities where company interacts with customers.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
5 years minimum relevant experience.
Bachelor or Masters degree in Administration/Operations/Sales and/or Marketing
Fluency in Spanish strongly desired, both written and oral,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Experience in international business,
Willing to travel (+/-25%), particularly to Houston.
Results and budget oriented, problem solver, multi-skilled.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
