Summary:
On behalf of our client, Belcan has been given the opportunity to source new talent to add to their growing team in Tulsa, OK, 74133. Our client is a pioneer in the design, production and support of innovative solutions in the aerospace and defense industry. We are seeking 2 Jr. Software Deployment Technicians for the Tulsa, Ok location.
Responsibilities:
To Support our Information Management Services Division, Systems Delivery Group. In this role you will be
responsible for remote installation and commissioning, remote upgrade work and/or modifications of
airline software applications on our airport common use systems at airports throughout the Americas.
Utilizing 3rd party remote control utilities, perform remote installation and configuration of 3rd party
airline applications onto our platform in a production environment.
Actively work in activities required to procure Change Management approvals ahead of actual
installation work when required.
Interface with airline and airport customers during installation, upgrade work, configuration, testing, documentation of technical work performed in preparation for handover to our recurring support.
Potential of working off hours at times when special customer requests or operational needs occur.
Assuring the quality and compliance requirements in the work performed.
Occasional business travel to perform work at our airport sites may be required.
Applicant must be a results oriented individual that can perform mission critical deployment work
remotely.
The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail is a must for this position.
The ideal candidates will have at least two (2) years direct or related work experience in one or more of the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of client/server, based systems, databases, networking protocols and devices, self service kiosk systems, software applications and/or airline peripherals.

Knowledge of the following Software:
Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 Standard (or newer)
Active Directory
Windows 7 desktop
TCP/IP protocol
Experience in airline industry, airport environment, and/or with any of the following, ticket and
boarding pass printers, bag tag printers, boarding gate readers, signage, self-service checking kiosks, is
an asset.
We seek individuals with strong written and verbal communications with client relationship skills.
Education or Certification Requirements: Degree in a Computer Science or equivalent field and/or
certifications in MCP, MCSE, CCNA would be an asset.
