The Quality Control Data Analyst is responsible for preparation, analysis, distribution and posting of various quality reports intended to identify trends and/or specific problem areas in order to drive and focus efforts on continuous quality improvement. Other responsibilities include administering the corrective action system and equipment calibration process, and support for other ISO9001:2008 requirements as indicated below.

Essential duties and responsibilities include
Generates, analyzes and distributes weekly, monthly and quarterly quality metric reports used to monitor, measure and drive product and process quality improvements by identifying specific problem areas that need focused team effort to solve.
Assists with collection and input of quality data as needed
Provides support to Quality Management and Quality Engineering on various projects
Assists with tracking and follow up of corrective action requests
Assists with preparation of process documentation, such as ISO and UL procedures
Participates as a member of the internal audit team
Administers VGT's equipment calibration system and ensures compliance to all calibration requirements
Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Manager
Required Skills
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Must have a working knowledge of data collection methods and report generation.
Must have a working knowledge of quality metrics
Technical writing experience is desirable
Experience in an ISO environment and/or generating ISO documentation is desirable
Experience with calibration of equipment is a plus
Experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required
An associate college degree is strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a QC or QA support role is preferred
