The Project Manager 1 is responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality projects that arise from job analysis, and audit findings. He/she will implement, lead, monitor, and control quality projects, making sure that they stay within the stipulated budget. Acts as a leader among the project team making sure that time, risks, costs, quality and project resources are utilized efficiently. He/she will attend internal meetings as seen fit by Quality Manager/Director insuring that implementation of services is geared towards customer satisfaction. The project manager is also responsible for the creation of standard operating procedures, metrics used to track the progress of project developments, as well as labor standards. The Project Manager will collect all weekly quality data, deployment feedback data, and lead the investigations of project developments, as well as labor standards. He/she will audit processes, collect & analysis of collected data, project planning after analyzing, define goals and objectives, specifying tasks and goals.

Work Environment
Work area is typically inside a non-smoking, climate controlled manufacturing and production environment, but associates may at times have to work outside for short periods and be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Noise levels can range from quiet to loud. Parts from returned machines being processed by Production associates are frequently covered with dust and smoke residue, associates in this position may be exposed to these items.
Required Skills
Expert understanding of quality / manufacturing methods. Thorough knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO and manufacturing quality tools.
Advanced computer skills, including the use of software, as well as standard office tools such as Windows, Email, and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
Ability to manage projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels, and the general public.
Ability to prepare complex written reports and other documents.
Ability to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions.
Ability to interpret relevant data and test results.
Ability to perform process audits per ISO standard
Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
