Summary: The brand director will drive the success of the brand working together with the product management team, sales team and regional marketing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Develop the global marketing and communication strategy for the company brand.
Develop budget allocations and agree marketing plan implementation at a regional level.
Manage the global promotional plan for company products.
Develop the Global marketing materials and launch plans for new company products and services.
Work with product management to identify preview/promotion product requirements globally.
Review regional media allocation, and efficiencies.
Drive the global website & social media plan.
Develop detailed plans and play books focused on key targets: geographic, trade channel, or consumer as
required.
Drive marketing through our key customers, channels and third parties.
Create and track ROI's for company marketing activities.
Lead global marketing research projects.
Lead internal/external communications of company marketing developments
Attend key global shows.
Budget management forecasting and allocation.
Member of the global marketing leadership team.
Other duties as assigned.
Secondary functions:
Ability to complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize many projects simultaneously.
Ability to contribute to decision-making that affects corporate strategy.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
University degree and minimum 5 years of related experience.
Demonstrated expert in writing, editing, creative development and evaluation.
Pragmatic, strategic perspective, detail-oriented with excellence in professionalism and judgment.
Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for enabling, enlightening, inspiring and influencing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software tools to facilitate the rate and quality of output.
Strong work ethic and the ability to effectively function under tight deadlines and manage projects and assignments independently.
Proven brand management and project management skills.
International/multi country marketing experiences.
Marketing expertise in a multi-media environment, including channel marketing, social-media and point of sale.
Analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Budget development and financial tracking.
Outstanding leadership experience.
Strong commercial understanding.
Small and large team collaboration.
Active participation in the execution of marketing plan.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
