Description
The IT Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, configuring, installing and troubleshooting computer programming used to collect, organize, secure, and present information throughout the enterprise. A primary responsibility of the programmer is to develop and maintain enterprise reporting.
Essential Functions:
Actively supports the Company's commitment to safety and its Core Values.

Assist in the capture, analysis, and presentation of other internal and external data as required.
Work with other IT personnel in understanding the clients' goals and problems, finds and researches products that will accomplish these goals and add value to the organization, and designs usable systems.
Contribute to the development and delivery of professional reports for the enterprise, both internally and externally.
Perform data analysis type tasks.
Employ various tools and techniques to mine data and present information through reports, web, and other interfaces.
Define transition steps from the current to the future information architecture, including integration with existing data stores.
Perform necessary investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine project feasibility.
Deliver quality business systems and enhancements on-time and on-budget.
Provide escalated support of software and business applications.
Perform additional related duties, as directed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related area, or equivalent job-related experience/knowledge.

years equivalent job-related experience/knowledge required.
Ability to effectively work with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise.
Expertise with database, spreadsheet programs, and report writers; expertise in use of the assigned department's primary information systems.
Expertise in the use of back office processes and languages, including but not limited to .NET, VB, SQL Server, Oracle, HTML, ASP, Visual Basic Script, Java Script, COM, and VBA.
Experience with Engineering based applications is a plus.
Experience with SharePoint administration and development is a plus.
Ability to accurately and completely enter data, extrapolate data, and create reports and summaries; ability to summarize information verbally and in writing when required.
Ability to troubleshoot systems problems; explaining issues to Information Services staff and vendors; ability to test systems changes.
Knowledge of Internet search techniques and ability to obtain information from the Internet.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff and vendors.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
PHYSICAL/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will require occasional travel and overtime/weekend work.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
