Summary: Primarily responsible for performing application administration of varying degrees of complexity; maintains and supports various applications.
Knowledge/Skills:
Working knowledge of a variety of software applications
Working knowledge of business and data analysis
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills; ability to gain information from individuals/customers by asking appropriate questions
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively on team projects
Education:
Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field and 1 year work related experience or an equivalent combination of work experience of 4 years. Bachelors Degree preferred.
