BASIC FUNCTION
Supports the business by administering all phases of the systems, applications or networks as assigned in the Information Technology Responsibility Chart. Provides application support and Help Desk support as assigned in this same chart.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for administration and operational integrity of all systems, applications or networks assigned to include operating/application software installation, hardware/software upgrades and management, security, tuning, throughput, problem resolution and backup/recovery procedures.
Analyzes software failures to detect and resolve problems, monitors system performance to ensure the delivery of reasonable performance to customer and to ensure computer up-time at or above 98 percent during normal business hours. Communicates with internal customers to notify them of any down-time and scheduled maintenance. Communicates general system status and system changes.
Analyzes performance and usage trends to make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades to keep delivery performance meeting customers expectations.
Prepares estimates for budgets and documentation for major upgrades, replacements and related support contract costs.
Provides application support to internal and external customers for assigned applications. This includes, but is not restricted to, in-depth analysis of application functionality and its application to the business, and the evaluation of applicability of applications to solve both technical and business issues.
Provides Help Desk support as assigned to internal and external customers for problem resolution and resolution of questions.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field and strives to continually improve the technology delivered to support the business.
Participates in project evaluation, execution and implementation as assigned by Information Technology management.
Participates as active member of committees as assigned by company management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

years previous Systems Administration experience in an enterprise environment plus Bachelors or Associates degree in Information Systems or related field or 10
years demonstrated experience in lieu of experience plus degree.
Advanced level technical knowledge required with the following: MS Server 2003/2008/2012/R2, VMware Virtualization, Cisco, MS SCCM, Exchange 2013.
Detailed knowledge of application systems, computer operations and business practices applicable to TDW.
Administration skills in the assigned areas of responsibilities to include formal training or equivalent experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Will be on call in response to system failure or other problems that might interrupt system operation during scheduled system availability commitment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
