Job Description:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for collaborating with Human Resources staff, serving as a technical point-of-contact for managing and administering the Company's HR system, data, and associated reporting. This position will also serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR system questions and act as liaison to HR systems vendors.
Essential Functions:
Provide support to the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of the HR system.
Identify, research and resolve HR system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommend solutions, alternate methods, best practices and process improvements to meet requirements and ensure data integrity.
Lead implementation and perform scheduled activities, ongoing maintenance, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting of UltiPro system and UltiPro modules, including Benefits Open Enrollment and Life Events, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Salary and Budget Planning, and Succession Planning.
Design, update, and generate standard and ad hoc reports, including reports for internal users such as HR, employees, and managers, as well as external reports for vendor data exports.
Partner with HR team and/or operations to understand business tracking or reporting needs and how the HR system can most effectively and efficiently meet those requirements.
Provide overall project lead for technical HR initiatives.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Deliver training to new and current users on system processes and functionality.
Working closely with IT, administer security role set up for UltiPro users.
Interface with Marketing Department to maintain and refresh MyMatrix intranet landing page.
Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Qualifications:

years HRIS database management experience; UltiPro experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science or related field; or equivalent job-related experience/knowledge.
Broad knowledge of human resources disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Strong understanding of HR transactional processes, including benefits eligibility and enrollment rules, applicant flow, job changes, salary administration, transfers, terminations, etc.
Thorough understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.
Demonstrated project management skills; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Confidentiality and discretion a must; ability to handle sensitive information.
PHR certification preferred.
PHYSICAL/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require occasional travel and overtime.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
