## DESCRIPTION
Service Desk agent providing technical support to clients over the phone. Including hardware & software support of PC's, password resets and in-depth trouble shooting, supporting multiple products (off the shelf and client specific).
Operational environment. The desk runs on a 24x7.
Performance based shift bidding.
Must be able to work any shift.
Must have outstanding attendance and be on-time.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Candidate skills needed:
Basic PC skills; Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer
Typing Skills are required; 30 WPM
Troubleshooting skills supporting customers remotely over the phone.
Experience with Helpdesk or Service Desk
Customer service skills would include searching knowledge in database to relay trouble shooting procedures to customer.
A Typing Skill Assessment by the supplier is REQUIRED prior to submittal for interview.
Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales and service delivery.
Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
Non-technical teams provide support to internal and external customers and resellers via incoming customer contacts to the Customer Solutions Center through telephony or e-support methods.
High school education or equivalent.
Typically requires 1-3 years general experience or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.
