This position will work on-site for our client in Tulsa, taking incoming support calls and emails and using remote tools to connect to client machines in order to troubleshoot technical problems.
This position will work an 8 hour shift (with a one hour lunch) between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime to assist team members in coverage during vacation and illness will be required occasionally.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Windows environment and:
Excellent troubleshooting ability
Windows XP and Windows 7 knowledge
Office 2007 and Office 2010 experience
Ability to communicate well with coworkers
