This
position
will be responsible for supporting daily Accounts Payable processes including but not limited to International invoice processing, handling issues and escalation resolution via AP Help Desk in support of invoice processing research and correction coordination, GR/IR account research and reconciliation, special handling, adhoc reporting and monitoring daily queue stats within specified department timelines while following company and department policies and procedures.

Associate Degree in Finance
4 - 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in an International (multi-country/multi-currency) environment
Strong working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner and self-starter who has the ability to work independently or within a team environment
Accustomed to working with deadlines
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Detail oriented and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Advanced Excel, Word, and 10-key skills
Ability to write and document a process
Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable systems, preferably SAP and PeopleSoft
Technical understanding of ERP systemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
