Direct Sales Representative

This job requires people skills and verbal skills. As a rep on this team you will be expected to build strong relationships with Wal-Mart department managers, Target team leads and the management in any Grocery or CVS accounts in your territory. Your primary focus will be executing the priorities in the Sales Plans of the different retailers. This job requires working the backrooms of these retailers looking for opportunities, building displays and getting product on the sales floor. While you will have some flexibility in your work days, your store call must be executed Monday Friday within normal business hour. The Direct Sales
representative
will be responsible for however not limited to the following:
1. The primary responsibility will be to understand and act independently on each of the clients needs and opportunities at store level look for and sell-in opportunities, sell/build incremental and ongoing displays, and achieve speed to market objectives in assigned retail accounts for specific consumer products. The Retail Representative will also be responsible for securing maximum authorized brand and size distribution for client, shelf tag placement, researching and correcting voids and correcting out of stocks.
2. The Direct Sales Representative will also be responsible for developing and increasing market share within his/her base geographic territory. This includes the ability to sell utilizing/interpreting specific CROSSMARK provided data.
3. The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for implementing all retail sales plans based on quarterly brand priorities, regional promotions and account specific priorities targeted against new distributions, plan o grams, promotions and pricing. Sell in surveys, special packs, and special promotions for off-shelf display in retail accounts.
4. Correct out of stocks by reviewing retailer hand-held/inventory management systems. Communicate store and competitive information effectively and timely. Additionally, communicate daily activities as requested.
5. Keep store operations personnel and retail account personnel informed about current brand performance, advertising support, new product introductions and promotion plans.
6. Consistently maintain store lists and store profiles via retail reporting system in order to maintain accurate account personnel listings. Plan for effective retail store routing in order to maximize territory coverage
A minimum of 1-2 years sales/retail experience in the consumer products industry preferred and/or 7+ years store manager experience with major chain. A bachelors degree is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
