MISSION:
Oversees day-to-day service operations within the functional area of a service center.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Schedules equipment and personnel for all services to ensure adequate manpower and equipment are available for the timely and satisfactory completion of each
job

Assists the NDE Operations
manager
in the development of operational budgets and plans and adheres to approved budgets and plans.
Supervises NDE Services' personnel in all job functions necessary for the safe and successful completion of the job. Enforces company safety procedures and conducts periodic safety meetings.
Trains personnel in the performance of all services, ensuring maximum performance throughout each job in compliance with established quality assurance procedures.
As directed by NDE Operations Manager, prepares quotations, contracts and invoicing, ensuring the accuracy of such documents.
As directed by the NDE Operations Manager, supervises administrative and maintenance personnel, ensuring optimum performance of assigned tasks.
Develops and maintains good customer relations. Cultivates relationships with potential customers.
Selects, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives while complying with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines. Conducts performance reviews according to schedule, providing fair and accurate assessment of
employee
performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization.
Ensures compliance with established quality control/assurance procedures while performing all the NDE related processes.
Actively supports the Corporate HSE initiative by holding HSE meetings in accordance with Corporate HSE Plan. Develops safe work environment and promotes the use of personal protective equipment and safe work habits for employees. Participates in emergency drills, training, inspections, and incident investigations. Reports incidents and initiates corrective action when necessary. Ensures housekeeping standards are adequate to ensure a safe work environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience,
Five (5) years of experience at lead technician level in the pipeline or oil & gas industry,
Minimum of eight (8) years experience in the pipeline services industry
Strong leadership and organizational capabilities,
Strong customer orientation,
Ability to exercise sound judgment and take strong management decisions,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
