We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Fixed Operations to oversee our company's Automotive Franchises daily fixed operations and drive efficiency and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, process improvement, and strategic planning.
We are looking for the right candidate to manage the Service and Parts management of a Large domestic store in Tulsa, Okla.
This is a Big Boy store! As a Fixed Operations Manager in the automotive industry, you play a crucial role in overseeing the service and parts departments of a dealership or automotive service center.
Here are the key responsibilities and aspects of your role:
1.
Service Department Management:
You are responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the service department, including scheduling appointments, managing workflow, and ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service is paramount.
You ensure that customers receive prompt attention, accurate information about their vehicle repairs, and a positive experience throughout their service visit.
3.
Quality Control:
You oversee quality control processes to ensure that vehicle repairs and maintenance are performed to high standards, meeting manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
4.
Team Leadership and Development:
You lead and motivate your service team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge is crucial for maintaining a high-performing team.
5.
Inventory Management:
Managing the inventory of parts and supplies is essential to ensure that the service department has the necessary materials to complete repairs and maintenance promptly.
You monitor inventory levels, order parts as needed, and manage vendor relationships.

Financial Management:
You are responsible for managing the budget and financial performance of the service department.
This includes controlling expenses, maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies, and identifying opportunities for profitability improvement.
