Job Description:
- Conduct thorough employment verifications
- Organize and digitize multi-page PDF packets; save each page as a separate document in applicant folders
- Manage and file drug test and fingerprint results in applicant folders
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills
- Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Nuance PDF, and Microsoft Calendar modules to efficiently schedule virtual interviews for a large volume of applicants
