30PM Maintenance Planner Qualifications Understanding of 24 to 480 voltage Knowledge of mechanical parts.
(chains, sprockets, shafts, bearings, etc) Knowledge of electrical parts.
(fuses, drives, conduit, wire sizes, etc Able to lift 35 pounds Able to stand, sit, stoop, squat or kneel for extended periods of time Maintenance Planner Duties Support day to day maintenance operations as needed Learn, Teach, Support and help implement all WCM activities Work with engineering and craftsmen to determine and prioritize repairs Scope the full extend of work needed to conduct the maintenance repair Purchase all necessary parts, equipment and services to perform the maintenance work Write all applicable maintenance work procedures Discuss plans/scheduling with craftsmen Plan with producations to have access to equipment Follow up to verify that the work was performed correctly Obtain bids from contractors and negotiate for the best price Manage work orders using SAP Update equipment and preventive maintenance in SAP Assist in Preventive Maintenance schedule writing Able to successfully complete all safety training Job Type:
