Real Estate Associate

Candidate to be a member of Aztec's production team.
Candidate will be tasked with providing financial underwriting, market analysis, assignment execution, origination and due diligence support for capital market, investments sales and merchant banking activities.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of proposals, capital requests and offering memorandums for commercial real estate transactions.
Create and optimize financial models to evaluate sale, debt, and equity commercial real estate transactions.
Manage and mentor analytical team.
Complete due diligence to effectively evaluate, formulate marketing materials, execute and close commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
Minimum 2 years of commercial real estate experience Relevant experience in finance, banking, or private equity Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Mature with a desire to learn.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, writing and communication skills Proven ability to be committed, goal oriented, a self-starter, and work in a team-oriented environment Ability to work on a team and assume delegated tasks to independently execute on a deadline Skills:
