Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests & assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have.
This is a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience during their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, light cleaning of facility - Coordinate schedule with instructors - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite - Knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Professional appearance and demeanor If you are a motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
