Responsibilities:
Identify and discuss legal issues with attorneys and staff.
Learn about the history of a business, its operations, and its products or services.
Prepare articles of incorporation and other legal documents such as partnership agreements and patent applications.
Prepare and file legal documents such as summonses, subpoenas, motions, briefs, contracts, and sales of real property.
Review client agreements to ensure legal compliance.
Answer questions from clients about their cases.
Advise clients about the status of their cases and any required actions for them to comply with the law.
Coordinate the efforts of outside contractors with the attorney's office.
Daily Court Run.
Work in both transactional and litigation field.
