HR Advisor

Job DescriptionReports to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of human resources policies, procedures, practices, and programs as well as human resources consultancy covering areas such as employee relations, safety, recruitment, change management, workforce planning, productivity analysis, compensation, benefits, HCM/HRIS data entry and maintenance, job descriptions, performance management, research, etc.
Provides highest level of customer service to co-workers and departmental leaders as it relates to human resources activities.
Works under limited supervision.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with OSUMC's mission, vision and C.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
