HR Advisor
Job DescriptionReports to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of human resources policies, procedures, practices, and programs as well as human resources consultancy covering areas such as employee relations, safety, recruitment, change management, workforce planning, productivity analysis, compensation, benefits, HCM/HRIS data entry and maintenance, job descriptions, performance management, research, etc.
Provides highest level of customer service to co-workers and departmental leaders as it relates to human resources activities.
Works under limited supervision.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with OSUMC's mission, vision and C.

RequirementsHigh School or GED requiredAssociate's degree required (4 years of directly related job experience may be substituted for education)Bachelor's degree regarded favorably1-3 years of directly related experience required3-5 years of directly related experience regarded favorablyPHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP regarded favorably Recommended Skills Administration Change Management Customer Service Data Entry Human Resources Human Resources Information System (Hris) Apply to this job.
