IT Support/Helpdesk Technician

System One is partnering with multiple companies in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, actively seeking Helpdesk Technicians to join their teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to ensure the efficient operation of the business.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering requests via helpdesk phone line, email, and ticketing system.
Installation, updating, and troubleshooting of software.
Installation and troubleshooting of hardware.
Creation and maintenance of servers.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
Build and deploy workstations.
Build, deploy, and check-out laptops.
Included in rotation of after-hours support.
Essential Skills:
Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail.
Multi-tasking and prioritizing tickets.
Independent problem-solving but knows when to escalate issues.
Effective communication.
Technical
Experience:
Experience installing and configuring Windows Workstation.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
Providing technical support - this may be in person or over the phone.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Skilled in Firewalls & Networking.
Proficiency working with Active Directory, O365, VMWare preferred but not required Certifications are preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
