Position Overview:
The leader of Product Management for the Isolation Business Line is responsible for the development and execution of the product and services strategy for the global Intervention and Isolation business line.
Leading a team of global product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, operations, finance, and sales, to ensure the products align with the companys vision, performance goals, market demands, and customer needs.
In addition, the Isolation Product Leader will collaborate with product managers from other TDW business lines to share market intelligence and align where needed on processes and best practices.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive product and services strategy aligned with the companys vision, financial performance targets, and business line goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Own and drive the commercialization process for new and modified products and service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing/operations, marketing, finance, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, seeking feedback and understanding their evolving needs.
Seek-out and leverage market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Develop the pricing model that align with the market, the value proposition, and the business goals of the business and lead the process to ensure pricing changes are implemented efficiently and effectively and appropriate deviation controls are followed.
Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Develop and deliver training programs associated with product lines, new offerings, commercialization strategies, war games, etc.

Ensure product management is actively engaged in industry councils as thought leaders pertaining to the products and services TDW offers as well as bring the voice of the industry back into TDW for consideration of future offerings.
Communicate product strategies, updates, and performance to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and monitor post-launch performance to gather insights for future improvements.
Manage overall product life cycle to insure sunsetting of obsolete product/service offers.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market demand.
Partner with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and profitable revenue growth.
Conduct competitive positioning and market segmentation to identify target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Monitor key product metrics and analyze product performance, making data-informed decisions to improve product effectiveness.
Ensure product specifications comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Partner with marketing to develop and maintain customer facing material relative to product and services information.
Maintain and incorporate and understanding of the global customer and business market into product life cycle and pricing models.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field with demonstrated strong business acumen.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing product management teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and product development processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to decision-making Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
