Exact schedule is negotiable but must be consistent and approximately 30 hours per week during regular business hours.
Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and receivable Preparing monthly invoicing of clients Bank account reconciliation Gathering, organizing, and submitting RFQs/RFPs Business Development via networking and appointment setting and researching new opportunities Keeping marketing materials and resumes up to date Screening and directing phone calls and taking messages Organizing and maintaining the office filing system
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Familiarity with basic accounting principles Must be proficient in QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills Professional demeanor Outstanding communication, both written and oral and have good interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a team-player Previous office experience required Please reply with resume for consideration.
