HIGH SCHOOL DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

Responsible for all facets of the High School Admissions department.
This position is responsible for providing information of all planning, organizing, staff and development of High School Admissions.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding minimum company standards for the High School Admissions department including start objectives and overall staff stability.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall successful operation of the Admissions Office for High School Coordinates with Department Managers to implement student enrollment strategies and manage resources in order to meet performance expectations Provides leadership in the execution of the business plan, the control of expenses and other managerial functions, as needed Develops, directs and coordinates High School Admissions activities in accomplishing its goals and objectives Ensures that objectives, goals, plans, budgets, policies, practices and actions produce desired student recruitment results, consistent with the overall mission and strategic plan for the High School Admissions Participates in the development and execution of both short-term and long-term student recruitment strategy at the campus level to ensure the Company's growth and profitability objectives and implements approved programs Carries out supervisory responsibilities which include the following:
planning, assigning, and directing work of subordinates; appraising their performances; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Ensures that all Admissions operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the Company's policies and procedures Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Mandatory attendance at semi-annual graduation Required Knowledge, Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred minimum two years' experience in Admissions or related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred and of five years, related experience is strongly preferred.
