Summary:
Provides exceptional customer service, appointment scheduling, and follow up from services (to be) rendered.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Places customer service calls to prospective members; offers explanation of service and scheduling information.
Encourages members to schedule services; receives, records, and routes customer orders in appropriate manner.
Contacts members when necessary to follow-up on customer satisfaction issues or solicit further business.
Documents all contacts, actions, and responses in client database.
Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Maintain regular attendance based on standard work schedule.
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone presentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient using Google Chrome Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Acute attention to detail.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
