Supply Chain Manager The Manager of Supply Chain Management will actas an integral member of the local senior operations leadership team, creatingnet value for Ducommun byleading the design and ongoing execution of a competitive supply chaininfrastructure.
The incumbent will have responsibility forall aspects of the supply chain for the site.

Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.
Job Summary Implement supply chainvision and strategic leadership.
Scope of leadership includes the planning andexecution activities associated with related business processes, systemsdevelopment and utilization, purchased cost estimating, source selection andcontracting, strategic partnering, supplier relationship management,compliance/governance and program execution.
Managethe site supply inventory and partner closely with internal customers tocreate operational excellence in the procurement of materials, equipmentand services.
Leadlocal supply chain teams in the participation and optimization of crosssite processes and procedures; driving efficiencies and commonality acrossall Ducommun sites.
Buildand lead a high performance supply chain team.
Includes selection,training, development, succession and performance management.
Managethe annual procurement budget in support of the company's goals andobjectives.
Plan and achieve savings to the budget.
Workclosely with site leadership and teams to improve business performance insupply chain management and to ensure the highest level of internal andexternal customer satisfaction.
Implement supply chain best practices and strategies to continuallyimprove processes and procedures for procurement of materials, equipmentand services.
Drivesupply chain management systems and processes which leverage the optimumprices, quality and delivery schedules, as reported through site metrics.
Leadin the selection, evaluation and management of suppliers.
Assurethat relationships are developed and maintained with suppliers to ensure ahigh quality, reliable source of supplies and information.
Developsite level metrics to assess and improve the value of the supply chainaccording to division objectives; formally communicate results andprogress monthly to business and site leadership.
Identifyand promote information technology solutions and trends to improve supplychain management and achieve cost savings.
Managekey external and internal supply chain elements supporting inventorymanagement goals.
Participatein Strategic Supply Chain development, including identification of newsupplier opportunities, proposal preparation, 'win strategy' development andthe achievement of contract awards.
Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience utilizing quality systems, lean and continuous improvement processes and state of the art supply chain practices is required.
Demonstrated expertise of ERP and MRP systems is required.
Proven experience building and developing a high performance team of supply chain professionals is required.
Experience in commodity management and operations/materials management is strongly preferred.
Some experience managing logistics as it relates to customer shipments is preferred.
ISM or APICS certification is preferred.
Willing to travel as required to other DAS sites and to supplier locations is required; may be up to 25-30% at times.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and leadership.
Seen as a go-to person on critical business and supply chain issues.

Ableto work in a small and fiscally conservative organization which can requireflexibility and diversity of responsibilities Required Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related degree is required.
Master Degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years well-rounded supply chain management experience in progressively senior positions.
Experience must include supply chain management at a senior site level within the aerospace and defense industry.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
