30am Skills of a Surveillance Monitoring Agent Monitor live video feeds and respond to alarms in real-time Communicate effectively with security, law enforcement, customers and other departments Handle fast-paced environments while providing a high level of attention to detail Understand and execute specific site instructions Handle each alarm with professionalism, demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills Provide accurate documentation of all actions taken in reaction to alarm signals Previous security or video monitoring experience is a plus Shift Hours:
