DOE Job Summary General labor in the Tulsa Service Center working in various areas.
Setup, operate and use the following tools:
deburr grinders, impact gun, shot blasting parts, overhead crane and forklift.
Responsibilities and Duties Service Center operates as an urgent pump repair facility and as such, employees must be willing and able to support customer delivery needs.
Performs various operations tasks to support the overhaul and repair of equipment.
Disassembly and assembly of pumping equipment.
Cleaning and inspection of pump parts using various cleaning methods.
May provide assistance to other employees as needed.
Performs other work as assigned.
Maintains work area in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
For protection of self and others, performs all work in accordance with established safety practices and facility safety rules.
Qualifications and Skills Completion of High School or equivalent, requiring the use of basic shop math and the posting, preparation, interpretation, use and checking of reports and recorded data.
Experience:
1 year manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Physical requirements:
Bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting (25lbs), standing and walking.
Must be authorized to work in the USA VEVRAA/Federal Contactor/EEO/AAP Lh3RQFemjB.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
