We are actively searching for a FT Customer Service Representative to work in our Tulsa, OK location.
This position will serve as the liaison between customers and field personnel, to fulfill customer requests.
Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, etc.
in a courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
Processes a high volume of incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and fax Checks in Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconciles all customer funds received during deliveries Makes regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and assists in maintaining accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or less Provides backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes in supervisor's absence Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents Develops and demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Company's products, services, and pricing structure.

High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience Must be self-directed Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Problem-solving skills A positive disposition Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
