Job Description:
Are you ready to be the first smiling face our patients see when they walk through our doors? As a Receptionist/Patient Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for our patients.
Your daily adventures will include greeting patients, managing phone calls like a pro, scheduling appointments with finesse, answering patient questions, handling billing tasks, and keeping our reception area shipshape.
Responsibilities:
Warm Welcome:
Be the friendly face and warm voice that greets patients by name, setting the tone for a positive visit.
Phone Guru:
Show your phone-handling prowess by answering calls, providing accurate information, and directing inquiries to the right places.
Scheduling Wizard:
Work your magic to schedule patient appointments seamlessly, ensuring our optometric team can work their magic too.
Front Desk Charmer:
Keep our reception area tidy, stocked, and inviting - we're all about that curb appeal! Patient Whisperer:
Share your knowledge with patients, whether it's in-person or over the phone/email, always delivering top-notch customer service.
Guardian of Security:
Maintain office security procedures while managing access through the reception desk.
Office All-Star:
Don't just stop at the basics - help with coding, billing, collecting photocopying, and faxing to keep our office running smoothly.
