Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents.

Administrative support to Corporate Training Preparation, scheduling and coordination of all meetings and training sessions Assist with scheduling the regularly scheduled Corporate Trainer Meetings Coordinate travel schedules, room, or vehicle reservations, as needed Assist with any clerical and maintenance duties required by Corporate Training team Support for projects, as needed Assists with the development, maintenance, and delivery of training modules as directed by Corporate Training Administrators.
Manage and order supplies for the Corporate Training team, to maintain an organized structure for easy access of materials.
Manage and organize online learning content and materials, training document library, making them accessible and easy to find for the designated user.
Generate, review, and distribute all training reports (as needed), including:
90-day probationary, new hire compliance, course attendance, etc.
Download and review course and instructor evaluations for all training courses.
Distribute course evaluation to Corporate Training Administrators.
Create Classes in the Learning Management System (Workday), enroll employees, and input grade rosters SKILLS Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Power Point, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus and may be required for certain training positions Must be proficient in video conference equipment, Meeting Room Manager, IBC portal and setting up new users on network, including Share Point Sites.
Analytical and problem-solving skills - detail oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly Organized - working independently or as part of a team High energy with a positive attitude & adapts well to change Able to multitask by handling multiple projects at one time EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE High School education or GED TRAVEL Occasional Travel is required within city limits and outside of city limits Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Learning Management Systems Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
