, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an experienced, energetic, hardworking Service Dispatcher to work in our Tulsa, Oklahoma office.
The primary duties of the Service Dispatcher are receiving service calls from customers through phone calls and emails, coordinating subcontractors, as well as scheduling/planning routes and dispatching the service technicians, while providing complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.
The dispatcher serves as the primary customer service representative and face of our team.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Excellent communication and customer services skills Primary person to answer phones, and direct calls Create, organize, and prioritize service calls and dispatch service technicians accordingly Works with Branch Operations Manager to schedule all service calls and projects Transfer parts, and create purchase orders as needed Attention to detail in data entry, updating information in a timely manner throughout the day Manager services technicians throughout day to keep promised appointments and complete repairs quickly and efficiently Notify customers of repair schedule Assist in completing service calls and preparing work order to be sent to the Centralized Billing Team Review service technicians notes for completeness Work well with a team and independently Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous dispatching experience preferred; Petroleum equipment industry experience a plus.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Detail Orientated, multi-tasking abilities Customer service skills and telephone etiquette Ability to strategically plan Benefits offered:
