Job Description:
The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, staffing, and be familiar with human resources administrative practices.
Also, they will be adaptable and comfortable working with all levels of the organization and staffing agencies.
Responsibilities:
Interview scheduling, posting jobs to our staffing agency partners, Maintaining and reporting applicant tracking data.
Will support candidate screening and hiring processes.
Assist with maintaining personnel files.
Assist with new hire packets and employment offer packets.
Assist in preparation of orientation.
Collaborate with HR members to ensure correct employee information for benefits and payroll.
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
Prepare and submit reports on new employees.
Will be working with on- and off-site hiring events.
May screen, interview and recommend candidates to decision makers.
Assist with employee relations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Associate degree in business or human Resources preferred.
Paycor HRIS experience preferred.
1-3 years of experience in high level customer service.
Proactive and energetic, Proven experience in relationship management and scheduling.
Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Proven organizational skills.
Customer service-oriented approach to work.
Reliable with respect to confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with frequent interruptions.
Strong interpersonal (both verbal and written) communication skills.
