Summary:
The Culture, Inclusion and Engagement Associate will assist in the development and execution of AAON's Culture, Inclusion and Engagement strategy to help build and sustain a team-oriented, inclusive, and innovative culture at AAON.
Essential Responsibilities/Activities:
Assists with distributing and analyzing the annual engagement survey and works with HR to turn results into data-driven action plans.
Facilitates the company's employee recognition programs.
Supports team member participation and engagement through ongoing campaigns, initiatives, and training.
Collects culture and engagement metrics and supports the strategies and programs that support positive results across the company.
Collaborates with Marketing, the Corporate Citizenship Team and HR.
Partners with Corporate Citizenship Team to implement DEI strategy.
Partners with Corporate Citizenship Team to create communications that support Culture and Engagement activities and initiatives.
Assists with developing and implementing team member engagement activities.
Provides administrative support for Corporate Citizenship by scheduling and supporting meetings, ordering supplies and organizing events.
Serves on AAON's Employee Experience Committee.
Assists with internal and external company-related activities.
Represents AAON at various events.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of emotional intelligence Occasional travel may be required Experience with employee surveys Essential Mental Functions:
The candidate must also exhibit good decision-making, analytical problem solving, and excellent organizational abilities.
Additionally the candidate must able to communicate effectively, in written and spoken form, and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills with all levels of personnel.
Must work well in a team environment.
Essential Physical Functions:
Sitting for prolonged periods Requires periodic visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
Equipment or Software Knowledge or Skills:
The qualified candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, especially, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
