This is an on-site position!Sodexo has a new opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 2 for Hillcrest Healthcare System located in Tulsa, OK.

The selected candidate will manage and support HR functions for hourly front-line staff and management at 7 locations.
Some responsibilities may include; labor management, employee engagement, payroll, leave of absence, workers compensation documentation, employee relations investigations and documentation, recruitment and on-boarding new employees, performance and evaluations, and client relations.
The selected candidate will be required to have a valid driver's license.
The successful candidate will:
support Human Resources functions for front-line staff manage the application/resume file; recruit with a focus on front-line recruiting; manage payroll set-up and problem resolutions; present HR related training for unit managers; communicate effectively and build relationships with multiple levels of the organization; including clients, executives, managers and front-line staff; demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills; and/or have a solid understanding of HR functions and all policies and procedures.

Position
Summary:
Handles human resource functions and administration for single unit/account.
May include payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc.
Position focuses on hourly workforce.
Key Duties- Respond to inquiries regarding HR plans, programs & policies.
Education managers and employees on policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
Knowledge of and oversees all Federal, State and Local laws regarding human resources.
- Investigate and resolve employee issues and recommend resolutions, based on policy, as appropriate.
Involve those necessary based on incidents; HR People Center, legal, etc.
If applicable, management of union employees; understanding of all contract rules/policies and management of arbitration.
Involvement of contract negotiations.
- Provide direction to managers and employees on implementation of HR plans, programs, policies, and training.
Act as the primary consultant on various HR initiatives.
- Serve as the HR consultant and work with operations to positively impact business.
- Perform due diligence for new business initiatives to determine the appropriate HR plans, programs, process, and tools (including compensation, benefits, leadership, staffing, diversity & inclusion) based on financial and legal exposure.
Qualifications & Requirements:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
