Office Setting:
This position will be an in hybrid role, with at least 3 days a week in office, in our downtown Tulsa, OK location.
AR Specialist Tenstreet is a highly dynamic and fast-growing technology services company in need of an AR Specialist who will be a key agent in effective accounts receivable processing and creation of positive customer experiences through billing interactions in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
The AR Specialist will report to the Director of Accounting and interact with sales advisors and account managers.
As an AR Specialist you'll be responsible for:
Delighting customers by researching, analyzing, and responding to customer billing inquiries quickly and with a positive attitude.
As needed, reconciling client accounts to facilitate compliant, timely and accurate payments.
Coordinating with account managers and sales advisors on customer inquiries.
Applying customer payments to customer accounts timely and accurately.
Processing daily check deposits.
Assisting in preparation of schedules and analyses to support the finance function.
Other accounts receivable processing duties as needed.
You might be a good fit as an AR Specialist if you:
Have 3
years of working experience with 2
years in positions with similar duties.
Have strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Have strong data entry ability and can process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Are a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
Are PC proficient with experience in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.
