TEAM UP WITH US!Warren CAT, one of the largest Caterpillar Dealers in North America, is looking for a Search Marketing and Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing team.
The Search Marketing and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for the strategic development, evaluation and analysis of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns with a focus on generating leads and interest in company products, services and events while building and maintaining our Brands.
This position will also be responsible for routine monitoring of search engine analytics and live search campaigns from launch to completion, providing regular reporting and actionable insights for search campaign performance with a focus on effectiveness and strategic recommendations for future campaigns, as well as leveraging search analytics for evaluating performance of online web properties to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
This position requires an enthusiasm, talent and skillset for supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives in online search engines and platforms.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytic-minded with a passion for developing data-driven insights, an aptitude for innovative solutions, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service, teamwork and relational skills.
Work is performed under general supervision and is moderately technical and complex.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team on a variety of campaigns and initiatives, with a primary focus on strategic search campaign development, guidance, management, analytics and reporting.
Develop and oversee search keyword strategies and lists; collaborate with the Market Development team and internal business stakeholders to understand business objectives and assist with developing creative search engine marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) and keyword strategies that consistently represent our Brands and Values with a focus on driving results.
Assist in developing strategic and engaging content for search campaigns that reinforce brand guidelines, utilizing information from ad platforms to produce insights, best practices and direction for maximizing results.
Ensure accurate implementation of search marketing and ad-related tracking is performed in a timely manner adhering to project timelines.
Monitor effectiveness and provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement and refinement through keyword research, competitor analysis and understanding user behaviors.
Report on search marketing performance, metrics and analytics in collaboration with the Marketing Business Intelligence team, contributing post-campaign analysis with insights, success stories and a focus on return on ad spend and return on investment.
Conduct ongoing research and analysis for insights to continuously develop and refine advanced strategic audience demographic targeting recommendations and tactics.
Monitor search campaign budget spending to ensure budgets are accurate and on track.
Stay abreast of latest search engine marketing and PPC trends, best practices, and strategies.
Monitor and report on search analytics for company websites with a focus on search campaign effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in user experience, brand awareness and lead generation.
Assist with management and maintenance of Google Business and Bing Places company listings.
Build strong relationships through excellent communication, positive attitude and trustworthy behavior.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising or related field; and two to three years of search marketing experience in a sales, demand generation or lead generation role preferred (relevant internship work will be considered); or a combination of education and experience.
Google Data Analytics Certification (Required).
Google Analytics 4 experience is also preferred.
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Datastudio and Google Business.
Experience with Microsoft Ad Center and Microsoft Bing Places.
Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), as well as search trends, tools and best practices.
Knowledge and expertise of search marketing campaign set up, ad creation, management and reporting.
Strong computer skills and confidence in accessing, extracting and working with analytic data and numbers to demonstrate and highlight campaign performance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent and effective verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills with a high degree of self-motivation, organizational and time-management skills, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-starter mentality, able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project and dynamic environment, completing projects on time with a strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Willingness and ability to learn, share ideas, and clearly articulate perspectives on marketing industry trends and topics.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
