We provide special mission system design, modification, and operations with emphasis on the development and integration of state-of-the-art EO/IR sensor systems.
Job Description:
The Progam Office is seeking a Project Manager that will have primary responsibilities of providing program schedule and risk/opportunity management.
Oversees and manages internal and/or external scheduling and risk aspects of ongoing projects within a program.
External aspects require leadership and broad expertise across a multitude of disciplines.
Internal aspects include interface between Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations functions.
Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups.
Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Utilizes risk management tools to appropriately capture, monitor, mitigate, avoid, transfer, and/or accept program risks.
Ensures program risks are incorporated with monthly earned value and scheduling process.
Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
Will lead scheduling status reviews and risk management reviews with Program team members.
Will prepare and delivery the Integrated Master Schedule and Program Risk Register monthly.

Qualifications:
Proficient leading and directing work with a cross functional team (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Program Management) Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency (resource-loading, baselining, schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and reporting) Proficient with risk/opportunity strategies for managing and reporting program risk Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Proficient with Earned Value Management techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to create reports and brief stakeholders Requires proficient knowledge of job area.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a SECRET level security clearance Preferred Additional Skills:
Four (4) years direct Project Management / Program Scheduler experience DoD SECRET or higher clearance (preferred) OR eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD SECRET or higher clearance Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to generate and support pragmatic solutions while maintaining high quality standards Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired Experience with scheduling tools, specifically MS Project Experience with Risk Management tools, specifically ARM Sword Risk Management Tool #LI-JV1 Job Profile Matching Criteria:
