1Position OverviewThe Manager, Development Operations will be an important member of the team ensuring that the site is organized and able to function effectively.
This individual will work closely with the Managing Director of Development to support development operations tasks, marketing efforts, fundraising efforts, and site events.
Job DescriptionPipeline Management Support the Development team to build and maintain a sustainable pipeline for fundraising.
Manage the development business processes from donor identification, through gift secured and stewardship, in accordance with the cychannel(salesforce), HQ guidance and other established practices for Team Sponsorships, Program Sponsorships, Red Jacket Society and other Tulsa efforts:
Lead the development team to assess and implement a high-quality stewardship program that will engage, recognize and acknowledge corporate, foundation, and individual supporters and strengthen their relationship with the organization, including follow up on the plan with relationship owner.
Build a weighted pipeline to be able to raise money year after year with new, lapsed, and annual donors Enable donor experience to be constant contact and interaction with City Year, leveraging the pipeline as a tool to advance relationships Advance proposals to the appropriate stage of the Relationship Management Cycle, ensure proposals have updated close dates, special allocations, expected amounts, and cultivation team Create and maintain donor account and contact records Run audit reports and fix errors to ensure data integrity and on track progress towards goals Create Proposals for gifts in cychannel Create, update and audit donor records in cychannel Assign proposals to appropriate campaigns or request new campaign via service desk Lead Prospecting and research in conjunction with HQ prospecting and research team Run, interpret and maintain reporting for pipeline meetings to guide strategic moves management plan, and monitor the progress of donor relationships As able, generate cychannel-campaigns.
For mailing list-pulls, provide criteria in service desk request, and manage/edit cychannel campaign member results.
As able, Interface with HQ Devo department to ensure data is always up-to-date and mass uploads/changes of data are done efficiently Oversee the entire development business process from donor identification, through collections, to stewardship Ensure strong business processes are in place as the leader in development and fundraising pipeline for City Year Tulsa site.
Lead regular pipeline management meeting:
Coordinate at least monthly pipeline meetings, including preparation of agenda and reports in person or through asana Manage execution of tasks that are assigned to Tulsa team All meeting materials are provided on time Run pipeline meeting reports and prepare agenda at least 2 days prior to meeting Support the execution of primary events, including evaluation:
Women's Leadership Luncheon, Executives for Education, Red Jacket Ceremony, Receptions Ensure accurate event campaign dates and revenue goals in cychannel.
In partnership with Operations Manager, secure all event collateral including invitations, event signage, talking points, thank you notes.
Ensure donor deliverables for recognition are met.
Document and maintain record of written materials and documents for future reference Gift Processing Oversee gift confirmation, invoicing/pledge reminders, collection, and gift transmittal Ensure site acknowledgment and thank you processes are followed In Kinding Make sure all In Kind donations are recorded in cychannel Send Thank You letters for In Kind donations received at the CY Tulsa office Train and help all AmeriCorps members and other stuff in In Kinding process and being good stewards of donors to their schools and events.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
