As the Driver Recruiter Manager, you will take the lead in our recruitment efforts, employing your expertise to attract, select, and onboard highly skilled professional drivers.
This role requires a dazzling combination of driver recruitment strategy development, exceptional communication skills, relationship-building prowess, comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, and a proven track record in managing recruitment initiatives and implementing cutting-edge sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement driver recruitment strategies and formulate comprehensive driver recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and driver staffing requirements.
? Leverage networking opportunities and build relationships with industry professionals to expand the talent pool.
? Lead the driver recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
? Allocate tasks, projects, and requisitions to ensure efficient workflow management and timely fulfillment of driver staffing needs, conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and address challenges.
? Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team, collaborate with relevant departments to conduct pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, and verify driving records, licenses, certifications, and compliance with relevant regulations.
? Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations teams, safety departments, and HR departments, to understand driver staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
? Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as driver training schools, transportation associations, and industry partners, to enhance recruitment efforts.
? Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies:
? Stay updated on relevant transportation regulations, Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and industry standards.
? Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
