Responsibilities What You ll Do The Building Engineer is responsible for general maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. The successful candidate will be able to: Assist in monitoring building system operations and performance with moderate supervisionUtilize several trades skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and coolingMaintain all equipment as required per preventative maintenance programs prescribed by manufacturer s specificationsDocument and report activities to supervisorRespond to emergency situations (fire, flood, equipment failures, etc.)Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and HVACMay be the only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations; may require shift work and/or call dutiesHelp with other aspects of building maintenance as required Qualifications What You ll Bring High school diploma or GED requiredTwo years of related experience and/or trade school training requiredValid Oklahoma driver s licenseMust have a passion for excellence Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to others Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful situations Demonstrate maturity and accountability What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k with Company match Company paid basic life insurance and long term disability coverage Generous paid time off, including an additional extended illness bank Tuition Reimbursement Advancement and career development opportunitiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
