Urgency and timeliness to complete incoming orders is a must.
An individual who is highly organized and who can manage many jobs/details at once.
This person will be managing many complex logistical situations day to day.

Responsibilities Include:
-Promptly input all orders into system -Work with sales team to dispatch all orders -Maintain relationships with vendors nation-wide -Call customers and on-site contacts for placement instructions Required Skills and Expectations:
-Organized and detail oriented -Strong multi-tasking abilities -Prompt response and follow through on orders and instructions -After hours and weekend availability mandatory (by phone/text/email) -Experience in Excel and Google Sheets preferred -Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette -Maintain positive attitude under pressure -Strong work ethic -Experienced team player -Strong communication skills -Coachable Job Type:
