Installation Supervisor

Tulsa, OK Tulsa, OK Full-time Full-time $25 - $30 an hour $25 - $30 an hour You will be responsible for the locations performing installations of air conditioning units per set standards and schedule.
Your team challenges.
Complete installation orders based on customer specifications this may include, but it is not limited to, installations of air conditioning evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, and associated duct and connecting systems.
Gather parts, tools and or materials needed to complete assigned work.
Ensures installations meet all quality and cost standards as well as customer's schedule.
Inspect completed work and resolve problems by ensuring craftsmanship and performance functionality meet specifications.
Charge air conditioning systems as needed.
Perform special projects including, but not limited to, replacements, after sales service, retrofits and remodels, as assigned.
Keep equipment operational by completing preventing maintenance as required; following manufacturer's instructions.
Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and standards including, but not limited to, performing tasks safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, maintaining a clean working area and implementing safety improvements.
Escalate challenges and impediments preventing the assigned work to be completed and or meeting customer's expectations.
May train other team members to support knowledge transfer and cross training efforts.
Comply with all company conduct rules.
Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed and preventing re-work and waste.
Complete documentation and reports as needed Maintain professional and positive relations with team members and customers.
Assist with Quality Response Quality Control process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
In addition You have the ability to demonstrate a systematic approach to job tasks.
You have at least 4 years of experience performing light automotive repairs.
You are able to lift heavy components (30-50 pounds) and stand for long hours (10
hours) You are able to communicate effectively and positively portrait company branding.
You are able to work independently and without supervision.
You are computer literate and have basic proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.
You have strong problem solving skills.
Preference given to applicants with air conditioning installation experience.

Day to Day responsibilities Scheduling of Team members to meet customer demands Scheduling/Meeting with Sales/Customers to ensure Installers are meeting performance requirements.
Creating Work Standards for your team members Weekly payroll for your team members Working with engineering to ensure all Bom's are up to date and correct parts are ordered.
Training of all team members and documentation of qualifications Other duties and or projects may be assigned.
