Webster Shipping is a contracted FedEx ISP offering complete paid training and excellent compensation for delivering and picking up packages on assigned routes.

Complete (paid) training for success in our company A guaranteed pay increase after 60 days upon passing evaluation criteria A safety shoe reimbursement program We provide uniforms Employee referral bonuses Performance & safety bonuses Advancement Opportunities Paid time off (PTO) 6 Paid Holidays Health insurance Health savings account w/matching 401(k) w/matching Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items (in size and weight) to customers, possibly having to navigate stairs and uneven terrain Follow assigned driving routes and time schedules to residential & commercial clients in a safe and timely manner Provide excellent customer service, through positive and professional interaction with customers, answering questions, and handling customer complaints Load, unload, prepare, secure & protect contents of delivery vehicle Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Keep equipment maintained, refueled & clean inside and out Work closely with management to ensure efficiency and safety Adhere to company rules and regulations Make safety a priority at all times Driver Requirements & Skills No CDL required Must be 21 years of age No experience necessary Delivery or Driving experience is a plus Must pass drug screening Must have a good DMV record - Clean MVR -No speeding tickets over 15 mph or DUI Must pass background investigation Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently & as a team Positive attitude Excellent work ethics & character Ability to work in a changing environment Ability to use handheld equipment and use GPS and Mapping software Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions safely
